January Saturday 19 – Wednesday 23, 2019
We will explore the core poses of yoga by moving into our bodies: by becoming embodied. This is a shift from thinking about the poses and how they ‘should’ be, to embodying the poses and feeling the pose from the inside out.
January Saturday 26 – Wednesday 30, 2019
We will experiment with poses that are done less often in yoga class, like binds, inversions and balancing poses. We will gently warm up the body and work with the mind so that we naturally gain access to the poses that appear ‘difficult’. In the process we will laugh at ourselves and together, as we play and experiment.
February Friday 22 & Saturday 23, 2019 (Weekend workshop)
Kundalini Yoga recognizes eight chakras; these include the traditional and well-known 7 chakras along the trunk of the body, plus the aura, which is the electromagnetic field that surrounds a person’s body. This workshop will teach you a practical technology for magnetising the aura and awakening the chakras in order to emit the highest possible vibration and attract your highest good

We invite you to move into your heart space through gentle and dynamic movement. Shedding old emotions, perhaps a sense of being “stuck”, we aim to allow decluttering and arriving at new openings.

March Friday 22 & Saturday 23, 2019 (Weekend workshop)
This is a weekend workshop for women only. During our time together we will explore emotions through the gentle practice of yoga, meditation, visualization and drawing. We will come to know the different flavors of our core emotions and how they manifest when we are in balance and out of balance. This in tun will empower us to work with and embrace the emotions.
March Sunday 24 – Saturday 30, 2019 (with Friday off)
Build body awareness, gain trust and confidence and expand on your creativity in a safe environment with AcroYoga Montreal instructor Eszter Farkas. We will tap into our playful side, challenge ourselves and explore connections with the help of acroyoga and Thai yoga massage.
