Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa translates as linking. We link the postures together into a cosmic dance through the breath and with mindful wakefulness.
In class we will flow through the yoga postures focusing on precise alignment along with mindful breathing. The classes will be a lively dance, awakening a deeper sense of yourself and your personal connection with the world.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the ability to stay present from one moment to the next while remaining open, curious and compassionate towards oneself. We practice developing concentration so that the mind can remain focused on what is happening ‘now’. Compassion and a sense of humor are highly encouraged.
